The shoulder is a complex, wide-range structure composed of several components, and has two joints.

Scapular joint: where the humerus connects to the scapula
Cervical collarbone joint: where the top of the scapula meets the collarbone

Strong connective tissue forms shoulder joints. This keeps part of the humerus in place inside the joint. The arthrocyte is surrounded by a synovial membrane. Lubricate the joints and produce a nourishing fluid. Strong tendons, ligaments, and muscles also support and stabilize the shoulders. But shoulder pain is a common problem. In young people, this type of pain is more likely due to accidents or injuries. However, with age, natural wear occurs in the shoulder joint and rotator cuff tendons. This can be continuously painful over time.

Causes of shoulder pain

The causes of shoulder pain vary, but not all are due to problems with shoulder joints or related structures.

1. osteoarthritis
Cartilage is a soft, cushion-like tissue that covers the end of the bone that meets at the joint. Healthy cartilage helps the joints move smoothly. Over time, cartilage can be worn out or damaged by injury or accident, resulting in osteoarthritis.

2. Inflammation of the shoulder joint bag
· The synovitis is a case of inflammation of the synovial membrane. Such inflammation may also result from other conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis.
· The frozen shoulder (adhesive arthritis) is a condition in which the shoulder arthrocytes become thick and inflamed and tightened. In addition, there may be less lubricating fluid to lubricate the joint. As a result, the shoulder becomes difficult to move. The frozen shoulder is a result of other conditions (e.g., diabetes), and may occur when the shoulder is fixed (e.g., surgery or injury), or the cause may be unknown.
· Pain associated with inflammatory synovial sacs is also common in the shoulder. A mucosal sac is a small pocket filled with a weak substance that reduces friction between two structures, such as bones, muscles, and tendons. Inflammation of the lubricating bag between the tendon of the rotator cuff and the tip of the bone of the shoulder may occur, and pain in the right shoulder may occur.

3. Injuries and sprains
· Ligaments are soft tissue that connects bones to bones. It provides stability to the shoulder by maintaining the bone in the position where it should be. Damaged ligaments or sprains can cause short-term right shoulder pain symptoms. This may be a result of the humerus partially coming out of the joint socket (an ataxation) or a case of the humerus completely coming out (an ataxation).

· Flexible tissue can be torn to help keep the shoulder joint in place. This can occur as a result of injury (e.g., falling over an outstretched arm) or repetitive movements (e.g., throwing a sport such as cricket). · Direct damage to the shoulder can cause sprains in the ciliary clavicle joint. This type of injury often occurs in people participating in contact sports, such as soccer, which hits the shoulder. It can also occur as a result of falls.

· Rotator cuff: This tendon and muscle group keeps the shoulders stable and the shoulders and arms in the correct position to move. The rupture of the rotator cuff tendon can occur as a result of injury (e.g., falls, broken collarbone) or over a period of time with age, and can also cause pain in the left shoulder pain.

4. Neck and upper back
Joints and related nerve problems in the upper part of the neck and back can also cause shoulder pain symptoms. Pain in the neck and upper back is felt through the back of the shoulder joint and the outside of the forearm.

5. Armpit nerve damage
If the shoulder is dislocated or the humerus is broken, this nerve can be damaged. This can cause pain when you move your arms outward from your body.

Symptoms of right shoulder pain

As the causes of pain vary, all have unique shoulder pain symptoms, and are as follows.

· There is pain deep in the shoulder joint, in the back or front of the shoulder, and in the upper part of the arm.
· The movement decreases and there is pain when you move your shoulders.
· Depending on the condition, it can be a dislocation in which the joint escapes and then enters the joint socket again, or    the shoulder is completely dislocated.

· The sensation of the needle (tickling) and burning pain are more likely to be related to the nerves in the neck than to the    shoulder joint itself
· Lack of exercise after shoulder dislocation is due to pain. Complete rotator cuff tear and armpit nerve damage can cause severe pain when the arm is lifted or stretched away from the body.

shoulder pain treatment

There are several treatments for shoulder pain.

1. Physiotherapy
One of the first treatment approaches is to correct physical therapy and pain-enhancing activities. Physical therapy aims to solve problems such as stiffness and weakness. It also retrains shoulder-worsening movements or activities in relation to sports, work or daily activities so that you can do what you are doing again if possible.

2. Warm and cold packs
It can help temporarily relieve pain and stiffness.

3. Surgery
If you have repeated or frequent dislocations, surgery may be required. This also applies to severe joint damage caused by acute and chronic rotator cuff tear, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis.
